HAPPY 55TH BIRTHDAY LIZ

The only constants evident after 54 years are: CURLS & 'BREAK-AWAY PINKY' on the left hand...

Talked to Ryan on Friday night --- the last time for a few months (possibly 8). He said they had some BUSINESS to take care of in the Persian Gulf region.......

I called Sue last Wednesday to see if she would like to take a little ride out to our house after her dinner. Because she was sick on her 91st birthday (12-18), she was having a little party at Stoneybrook the next day. She served brownies, date-filled cookies, coffee & homemade ice cream that her daughter, Cheryl, had made. I was able to change my lunch hour to 2:00 to attend. We had a very nice visit.
Happy Birthday & Happy New Year to Sue

Ryan just got word today that he was advanced to E-5. Congratulations SAILOR !!!
I would say a celebration cookout including all the trimmings, (hope you still like smoked tenderloin) your favorite brewsky and civilians everywhere, should be the "ORDER OF THE DAY".... when you get home in December.

Thank you!!

Come on baby--- hang in there...

This only happens once (to me) so let me have just one more pic .

Ice storm last year about this time in November. As I drove by this stop sign, I could not believe what I saw. The 3/4" ice had taken on the shape of the sign and subsequently started to release itself beginning at the top. I was afraid it was going to come completely off before I got the shot taken..
